SDI Architecture believes in a collaborative design process that engages the client and consultants in developing distinct, custom designs focused on the user’s experience. The principals have a combined 35+ years of experience with incorporating the client’s objectives into architecture and interior design. Our studio strives for design integration in all aspects of the project to create architectural cohesion.

FOUNDER + PRESIDENT
BEN WILLIAMS
Ben founded SDI Architecture in 2015 to create a collaborative work environment that focuses on each project’s individual goals and needs to create distinct, custom designs. He is a seasoned architect with over 25 years of experience in both architecture and interior design, taking projects from conception through completion. He is adept at melding the technical side of architecture with the design side.
He graduated from Boston Architectural College, Boston, Massachusetts in 2001 with a professional Bachelor of Architecture. He is a member of the AIA, American Institute of Architects, and BSA, Boston Associate of Architects as well as being LEED AP certified.

PRASANNA LACHAGARI
Prasanna Lachagari is the Design Director and Partner at SDI Architecture in Boston, MA, as well as a Founding Partner of SDI Design India in her hometown of Hyderabad. She has been honored with; Forbes 30 under 30 2022, Boston Architectural Alumni Emerging Designer 2021, Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 2021, and was named one of the Top 100 Leaders in Real Estate and Construction at the annual WRECONF (World Real Estate and Construction Forum).
Prasanna is actively working to bring in projects for SDI, both in the USA and in India. She is heavily focused on working with nonprofits to develop projects that help communities. In the US, she is now working on a Southern Idaho Heritage Museum a Sports & Education Centre in Connecticut, and schools in India giving education to an economical diverse student body.
Through her design leadership the projects focus on the region they are constructed in, taking into consideration the climatic conditions and how we can take advantage of these conditions. She also aims to bring biophilia concepts into the interiors creating healthier spaces to occupy.

AAMUKTHA GOPARAJU
Aamuktha Goparaju is an accomplished architect with a fervent passion for crafting spaces that intertwine functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. She is currently serving as the Director and Partner at SDI Architecture Hyderabad, India branch.
With a resolute commitment to excellence, she finds immense gratification in shaping environments that resonate with both practicality and artistic expression. Each design she undertakes is imbued with a conscious effort to minimize negative environmental impact in order to foster a greener, more resilient future.
Through the intricate interplay of form, function, and eco-consciousness, she is constantly driven to push the boundaries of architectural innovation.
